I’m really let down by the service. I've reached out to the company four times to talk about getting a bamboo hardboard, but I've heard nothing back. I’ve tried calling, emailing, and even used their contact form twice. It’s a real bummer because I was keen on buying a locally made, sustainable board. So frustrating!

This is my first time buying a sup board, and I got a recommendation for Fatstick. Can't wait to get my gear!

Spotted a Fatstick Board backpack at Southsea beach and figured it’d be perfect for hauling two folding chairs, a parasol, a windbreak, and some swim towels, among other things. I placed my order the next day, and it showed up the day after. The build is super sturdy, and the zippers are solid.

These boards are truly impressive and fairly priced for what they offer. We own a couple, and our friends have them too, all of us pretty happy with the performance. That was the case until we encountered a problem with our newest board just two months after buying it.

Sadly, when it came to dealing with Customer Service and Warranty, it felt nearly useless, and getting someone on the phone was a real challenge; emailing didn’t yield much better results either.

It’s a pity that such fantastic products don’t come with the same quality of customer support, or else I’d gladly give them a full 5 stars.

I've had a Fatstick board for four years at this point. The quality is just amazing, and it’s still holding up really well. I can't complain at all. I’ve reached out with some questions on their site, and they got back to me - can’t really ask for anything better than that. Keep doing your thing, FS!

Awesome company with top-notch support.

Last year, I picked up a Fatstick I-sup and I’m totally stoked about my board. I did a bunch of research on various boards before I decided on Fatstick; their designs are fantastic, they care about sustainability, and their prices are pretty competitive.

While I was mulling over which color to choose, they ran out of stock, so I shot them an email to check on availability. They responded super fast and managed to hold one of the extra boards they were expecting. Even though there was a slight delay in shipping, Reubin kept me in the loop.

I’m really impressed with their customer service and my board. They’ve got some great info videos on social media as well. I wouldn’t think twice about recommending them or making another purchase! :)

I got my board from Fatstick about a year and a half back, and I’m still totally into it. I checked out a few brands before making my choice, and Fatstick just seemed to click. They've been fantastic ever since! Whenever I have a query, they’re quick to respond. Their Instagram is packed with useful tips and videos, and they don’t use any plastic for packaging. Plus, they plant a tree for every board sold. They collaborate with awesome charities and have a genuinely sustainable mission. I wholeheartedly recommend Fatstick to everyone!

We picked up a fatstick board and let me tell ya, we were not let down. I reached out to customer support, and both Reuben and Andy got back to me, being super helpful. I was really happy to get the board in no time. Unfortunately, the pump that came with it was faulty, so I couldn't check the pressure while inflating the board. This is important since I'm just starting out with paddle boarding. I've been trying to get in touch with Fatstick for help or a replacement pump for ten days now, but no response. It's surprising because I read that their customer service is usually top-notch, which is why I chose them. The board looks great and seems to work well, but I'm truly let down by this whole situation and now I have to buy a new pump. :(

I got a Pure Art iSUP straight from Fat Stick. It arrived the very next day and it's a fantastic board. The customer service is just top-notch. Can't fault them at all. A genuine British company with strong values.

No need to purchase another board. These folks are all about the passion and dedication. We had an issue with a pump on one, and it got swapped out in just a few hours (I live nearby the headquarters, and nope, I don’t know them personally). I really love my board, totally recommend it. Actually, I even got one for the wife too!

Incredible service and an awesome paddle board package from Fatstick - wow! The board along with its accessories provides all you need to hit the water, the deck pad is super grippy for keeping your balance, and the GoPro mount at the front of the board is just right for capturing some great footage of your adventures! Absolutely love it and I can't recommend Fatstick enough. If only I could rate this review 7+ stars!

I just got myself a Fatstick board straight from their site. The gear is a fantastic deal for what you pay. But what really stands out is the customer support. It was a great experience with a crew that genuinely cares about their work and the sport. Simply amazing.
